It is my belief that massage therapy is integral to a life of physical health, personal growth, and spiritual awareness. Allow your whole self to resonate with a work that is truly devoted to the unwinding of Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Personal Health

I am devoted to living out my healthiest life and practicing what I preach. I take the time to care for my own body and energy so I can show up in full support of your evolution.

Experience

I have been actively practicing for the past four years in a number of different spas and hotels throughout Arizona and California. In that time, I have received continuing education and massage, myself, helping me perfect my own style and develop an attitude of empathy, attentiveness, and beginner's mind.

Education

I received my trade degree in massage therapy with a focus in medical massage from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. My continued education includes, Lomi Lomi, Dynamic Cupping, additional pre-natal training, Hot Stone, and Thai Foot Massage.

Licensure

I am currently licensed with the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy.
